Do I need an account to shop on ‘ProLinen.com’?


Yes, our customers need to create an account to shop on ‘ProLinen.com’. By creating an account you can experience a more personalized shopping experience such as quicker checkouts, product recommendations and your own wishlist.

What is the Minimum Order Amount?


The minimum order amount when you shop on ‘ProLinen.com’ is ₹1000/-




How do I know my order is confirmed?


After completing the payment procedure and after an authorization is received you shall be re-directed to a Thank You page on our website where you shall be able to see your order confirmation details. In addition, you shall also receive an order confirmation by email and sms on your registered mobile number and email id.




Can I order a product which is marked ‘Out of Stock’?


Sorry, products marked ‘Out of Stock’ cannot be ordered. In case you are in need of a bulk quantity please contact us with your requirements.




When and how can I cancel my order?


You can cancel your order only within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel the order, please contact us at sales@prolinen.com or call +91-9945000004 between 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM (Monday to Saturday). Orders once shipped will not be cancelled.




How can I modify my order?


You can modify your order during the shopping process by editing your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment, the only way to change your order would be to cancel within 12 hours before the order is shipped and place a new order.
