Thank you for shopping at Pro Linen.
We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Pro Linen. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Pro Linen, you agree to the terms set forth as below.
PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF:
Product is damaged during transit
Product is defective - during the manufacturing process
Order is delayed for over 15 days
The product is in original packaging with tags intact
Return is initiated within 15 days of placing the order
PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED/CANCELLED IF:
You have crossed the 15 days return window
If the product is damaged (Not in its original condition), or tags and packaging are missing.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS:
The customer is responsible for packaging and sending the product to our location. The delivery charges for the return of the products are to be borne by the customer.

WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND?
Please note, Pro Linen initiates a refund after the item has successfully reached us and we have inspected the said item.
It will take us a maximum of 5 - 14 business days to initiate a refund and you shall be notified of the same by email.
If the payment was by Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the same Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking account.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card/ debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. In case of any delay, it shall be up to to the customer to take it up with their respective credit card bank with the reference of Pro Linen’s refund process reference.
