Store Pick Up Policy

 

We offer store pick up for orders placed on our website.

In case you choose to pick up your order, Kindly wait for a notification from us before picking up your order.

We shall notify you via the email id and phone number you used while placing the order. Typically notifications for store pickups are issued within 2 - 4 hours of placing the order, in case of any delays you shall be notified of the same.

Your order confirmation along with payment confirmation will be required for pickup.

 

Store Opening Hours are: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

 

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days. 

 

Shipments are only dispatched on weekdays. Any orders placed on the weekends shall be dispatched over the next 2 - 4 business days.

In case of delays in the dispatch of orders due to a large volume of orders, or the items not being in stock, or any other unforeseen circumstances, you shall be notified via email.

 

 

Shipment Address

 

When you place an order for Products through the Site, the Products will be shipped to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address” during the check-out process.

 

Pro Linen is not liable in case the entered shipping address is incorrect, any extra shipping costs incurred due to the same shall be recovered from the customer.

 

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

 

Once your order is dispatched a tracking id shall be assigned to your order by the delivery provider and the same shall be shared with you via email.

 

Pro Linen is not responsible for any delays in shipping once your order has been dispatched. In case of any delays kindly contact the delivery provider for more information.

Refunds

If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the same Credit Card or Net-Banking account. Typically refunds are processed in less than 14 working days.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card/ debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. In case of any delay, it shall be up to to the customer to take it up with their respective credit card bank with the reference of Pro Linen’s refund process reference.
